Alice Griffith is a replacement project for an existing affordable residential community located in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco. HKIT Architects, in collaboration with Y.A. studio, designed Block 5. The 31-unit affordable community is one phase of the larger master planned development designed to replace the barrack-style structures that have made up the public housing complex since 1963.
