A development collaboration between Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and the adjacent All Souls Episcopal Parish who donated the land, the program also includes an onsite manager’s unit; apartments for use by the Parish; a community room; a landscaped courtyard with labyrinth and vegetable planters; and a parking garage. The project is rated GreenPoint Rated Gold, employing a variety of sustainable methodologies including solar panels, high-efficiency LED lighting, and renewable or low carbon materials and finishes.
