The overall design treatment is an elegant, warm contemporary look compatible with the Orchards retail complex and neighboring buildings. A lively pattern of projections characterizes the facades and recesses animated by balconies and large glazed areas. The largest two-bedroom plus den units are located at the corners and highlighted by raised ceilings and clerestory windows.
