For over three decades, Paul’s career has focused on the design of residential communities, with specialized experience in affordable multifamily and senior housing projects, encompassing assisted living, special needs, and permanent supportive housing. His approach to architectural design emphasizes the creation of sustainable and healthful environments, welcoming the community-at-large to influence the design of the places they call home. Paul is professionally active outside of the office, speaking at BisNow and as an active member of the East Bay Housing Organization’s Faith & Justice Committee.
