Parkmoor HUB

San Jose, CA

The Parkmoor HUB development features 81 affordable and permanent supportive housing units, including units for transitional-age youth. This five-story building has four residential levels above The HUB – a welcoming 17,000 square-foot youth-led and organized community center dedicated to supporting current and former foster youth.

The HUB is a much-needed center that provides services and resources to local youth, including facilities for counseling; parenting and childcare; showers and laundry; tech and computers; employment training; arts and crafts; continuing education; legal advice; and the HUBMart – an on-site “store” with clothes and goods that are free for eligible youth.  The HUB serves as a dynamic and safe place for youth to socialize and foster connections.

Parkmoor is an all-electric development with efficient outdoor surface parking, an enclosed mechanical parking lift, and bike storage facilities.

The HUB is a light-filled space designed to accommodate a variety of activities
