Belmont Village San Ramon

The new Belmont Village Life Plan community in San Ramon is an innovative collaboration between the master developer for the overall site and Belmont Village. It integrates a senior community with a planned multi-family development and park.

The project includes 177 independent and assisted living units, memory care, and Circle of Friends™ – Belmont Village’s unique program for seniors with mild to moderate cognitive decline. The new building is six stories tall and features wings that envelop a central western amenity courtyard, complete with a pool, and define an inviting entry court to the east.

The southern wing of the building extends to the east, enhancing sunlight exposure and scenic views in the southwest corner of the main courtyard. The building mass steps down at both western wings, providing a gracious transition to the park.

The common spaces on the first floor seamlessly connect with and activate the primary western courtyard, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports an active lifestyle, both indoors and outdoors. This courtyard also establishes a visual connection to the park across the street.

The community is a short walk from the flourishing City Center of Bishop Ranch, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment.
