South Park Commons is a 64,000-square-foot building ranging in height from two to four stories. It provides 62 residential units comprising studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Units are available to households earning incomes between 20 – 60 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), with half of the units reserved as supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
The project includes a community room, laundry room, property management office, social services office, and approximately 23,000 square feet of usable open space. The outdoor open space provides separate children’s play areas for ages 2 to 5 and 5 to 12, seating areas, a barbecue area, and community gardens. The site plan includes 52 parking spaces distributed throughout two parking lots, and the project provides designated bicycle parking areas.
