This thoughtfully designed facility includes counseling offices, administrative offices, and a wellness center. The wellness center offers students a peaceful, calm space to decompress and recharge. The administrative spaces are designed to take advantage of maximum daylight, supporting productivity and health benefits.

The project also features an accessible drop-off area, concrete site ramps, and several additional site improvements, including upgraded utilities, enhanced pathways, and accessible parking lot upgrades, ensuring seamless access from the public way.
