Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church, Lafayette

HKIT provided master planning and the first two development phases for the Lafayette-Orinda Presbyterian Church (LOPC) campus. The master plan included an in-depth needs analysis of the many Leadership and Ministry groups that comprise the LOPC community and an assessment of the Sanctuary, Chapel, Administration, Christian Education Building, and Fellowship Hall buildings. The Christian Life Center houses classrooms, childcare, and administrative space. Additionally, the Ministry Center provides office and meeting space for church staff and volunteers that run the church’s music, outreach, youth, and service programs. HKIT has also worked with LOPC on seismic repairs and enhancements for the church’s Sanctuary building.
