John Muir Elementary School (Design-Build), Martinez

This 48,000-square-foot project is constructing a new elementary school building and a site to replace the existing, occupied school facility. A newly-configured drop-off area and landscaped commons are included in the scope. The project consists of the phasing of abatement, demolition, site, solar system, and new improvements to construct the new school and transition from the existing facility without needing temporary housing. Our work at John Muir ES was delivered under the Design-Build method in partnership with Lathrop Construction Associates.
