The Immanuel Sobrato Community is a newly constructed development comprising 106 studio apartments and two manager units. This project is dedicated to assisting chronically homeless households, specifically targeting those earning at or below 50 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). Notably, 97 of these residences are supported by Project-Based Section 8 subsidies provided through the Santa Clara Housing Authority.
Spanning four stories, the building includes a parking garage, a welcoming lobby, a dedicated mailbox area, and 2,400 square-feet of commercial space. Residents enjoy a community room with a kitchen, computer lab, fitness room, office spaces for property management, resident services, a laundry facility, and a private outdoor recreation area. The property is within walking distance from various neighborhood amenities, including the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, transit lines, grocery, and parks.
