Belmont Village Albany is a 175-unit senior community with 43 independent, 108 assisted living, and 24 memory care units and Circle of Friends™ (Belmont Village’s unique program for seniors with mild- to moderate cognitive decline). The 189,441 square-foot building spans four stories, including a parking level at grade. Amenities include a community meeting space, theater, library, and wellness center with fitness facilities. Dining options include a bar/bistro and a regular full-service dining room. The 2.39-acre site is adjacent to a restored creek, containing two landscaped courtyards and a memory care garden area. The project was founded in affiliation with the University of California, Berkeley, as a community for faculty, staff, and private residents.
