Morgan Hill Senior Housing

Morgan Hill, CA

Morgan Hill Senior Housing is a new three-story affordable senior community offering 81 one-bedroom apartments for seniors who are formerly unhoused, disabled, and/or facing financial hardship. The all-electric development features sustainable measures including rooftop photovoltaics, electric vehicle parking, and drought-tolerant landscape.

The interior spaces are designed with a contemporary approach with furniture and finishes that offer a bright and welcoming quality.  The lobby is a daylit space with a variety of seating arrangements for meeting and socializing, while the reception area and mailroom are designed to be open and visible from the administrative offices.

Residents are provided with ample amenities including a fitness room, media room, laundry room, and clubhouse lounge with roof deck terrace. A central community room with kitchen is an inviting space with areas for seated dining and lounging. Natural daylight pours into the space through clerestory windows, creating an active and lively environment. The community room opens to an outdoor patio with seating that overlooks a large central courtyard with outdoor kitchen/BBQ space and vegetable garden for residents to use.

The lobby welcomes residents with timeless design, a cozy fireplace, and a variety of comfortable lounging experiences.
