The base of the building is adorned in vibrant 3D murals, complemented by cool blue tiles that flow seamlessly into the lobby. The result is a modern and relaxing hub for the residents amidst the bustling Latinx community.
The blue tiles serve as a textural backdrop for the incorporation of biophilic design elements, including plants, warm woods, and exterior views.
