Belmont Village San Ramon is an upscale market-rate senior living community located in the foothills of Mount Diablo and close to the emerging Livermore Valley wine region. The interior design for the community is a collaboration between HKIT and Belmont Village Interiors. The interiors draw inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape and provide an elegant, hospitality-influenced environment. Natural tones and materials throughout the space create a warm, comfortable atmosphere while evoking a connection to nature. Salvaged wood from the project site is used to create custom art, furniture, and signage, further connecting residents to the surrounding Bishop Ranch development. These pieces contribute to a larger selection of custom art, furniture, and lighting, creating a unique living experience.

All common areas on the first floor connect to a spacious courtyard where residents can enjoy a multitude of outdoor activities. The Bistro, Josephine’s Dining, and Fitness areas all feature a large window wall that opens to the courtyard, blending indoor and outdoor living spaces and welcoming the temperate East Bay climate inside. Additional dining options continue with a refined private dining room, defined by a custom wine wall, and an elegant main dining room with special lighting fixtures and a ceiling sculpture, creating a unique dining experience for residents. Other amenities include an Art Room, Salon, Sports Lounge, fitness areas, lounges on every floor, and outdoor patios.
