Lion Creek Crossings
Oakland, CA
Adjacent to a public park, this new affordable senior community is the last piece of the larger Coliseum Gardens redevelopment in Oakland
Phase V was the final phase of Lion Creek Crossings, an affordable senior community featuring 128 rental apartments on a compact 1.5-acre infill site. The four-story building provides a prominent, strong definition of the central public park. The high-density building design makes efficient use of the limited site acreage. It wraps around a lushly landscaped courtyard, maximizing light and air to the units and common spaces and providing a protected interior courtyard for the residents.
Amenities include a fitness room, computer room, TV/lounge, and second and fourth-floor balconies.
