Elev8 Design Awards

We are proud to be recognized by the 2026 Elev8 Awards, presented by BD+C and BUILDINGS, honoring the most impactful work in commercial design, construction, and renovation. This year, the Elev8 panel of judges selected 20 projects to be featured across several building types. At HKIT, we believe design has the power to elevate lives, strengthen communities, and shape a more sustainable future. We’re honored that Foon Lok East & West earned a Gold Citation, Enso Village received a Bronze Citation, and Belmont Village San Ramon was recognized as an Honorable Mention in the  awards program!
