Margaret joined HKIT in 1997 and became an Associate in 2002. Margaret has facilitated numerous community meetings and workshop sessions in which user groups participate in design and programming charettes. She has worked on a number of affordable residential communities in the Bay Area, many with specific requirements related to financing.
