Monarch Apartment Homes in Palm Springs Breaks Ground

We’re excited to announce that Monarch Apartment Homes in Palm Springs has broken ground! This is the first affordable housing project to be built in Palm Springs in 12 years, and we’re proud to work with Community Housing Opportunities Corporation (CHOC) to bring this 60-unit project to life.
